We’ve seen various trailers consisting of various clips of the races and tracks we’re to expect in the upcoming Mario Kart title, Mario Kart 8, but what we haven’t seen is a more detailed look at the tracks we’ve been seeing. This latest video from GameXplain hopes to piece together the various clips in order to give us a more detailed look at the tracks and what to expect when we dive into the driving seat.

First off we see a clearer look at the Airport race track which includes the new racing mechanic where your Kart transforms into a new type of vehicle that sticks to walls and ceilings. There’s also a fair few moving obstacles to avoid such as planes, as you can see.

The next race that’s shown is a candy land type map. It’s safe to assume that most of the tracks in the new Mario Kart 8 are going to give the option to transform into the anti-gravity kart.

Next up is an aztec themed track with more obstacles to avoid and once again the anti-gravity ability is present. This track is then followed by a Shy Guy type desert map filled with bones and fossils which is then quickly followed by a cloud themed map filled with bowser branding, once again the anti gravity is present.
