deponiaWe all love a good point-and-click adventure, that is, if they’re done correctly. Daedalic Entertainment, one called  “LucasArts from Germany” by the GameStar magazine, know how to do it right. Deponia is just one great example of a point-and-click at it’s finest and right now you can grab it from Steam for only £3.99.

In Deponia, the world isn’t pleasant anymore it has degenerated into a vast garbage dump. In this dump the crotchety Rufus ekes out his sorry existence. He is part of the lowest social class, doomed to live his life in literal mountains of trash. He hopes for an opportunity to get into the world of the rich, who live in a floating city high above the clouds (Discworld anyone?). Fate seems to smile on Rufus when one day the attractive lady named Goal from the higher sector plummets into one of the trash heaps.

The game takes a bizzare twist and it’s definitely worth grabbing. At 75% off for the next day or so you can grab Deponia for only £3.99 or if you feel like splashing out why not grab the Daedalic Bundle for £36.59 which will get you the following five games: The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav, Deponia, Edna & Harvey: Harvey’s New Eyes, Chaos on Deponia, A New Beginning – Final Cut.

Head directly to Steam now, do not pass go, do not collect £200, but do buy Depoinia!
