Far Cry 3 Enters 2013 at the Top of the UK Gaming Charts!

The UK gaming charts isn’t something I really take too much notice of, but it was interesting to hear that Far Cry 3 took first place (up from second) in the last ever 2012 charts and remains that way in the first few days of 2013!

This was a surprising turn of events due to Call of Duty Black Ops II being in first place for five weeks running, and now as I write this it’s sitting quite happily in third place after being overtaken by the latest instalment of FIFA – FIFA 13 (up from 4) knocking Hitman: Absolution down to fourth (from third).

The current UK top 10 are as follows:

1. Far Cry 3
2. FIFA 13
3. Call of Duty Black Ops II
4. Hitman: Absolution
5. Need for Speed: Most Wanted
6. Just Dance 4
7. HALO 4
8. Assassin’s Creed 3
9. Lego Lord of the Rings
10. Forza Horizon

I’m pretty sure with the reviews of Far Cry 3, it’ll be there for quite a while!
